Dr. Ali Tekdogan, founder of Great Smile Deerfield, grew up in Evanston, Illinois, went to ETHS, Loyola University of Chicago, and attended dental school at Creighton University. He also has advanced cosmetic dentistry training from Northwestern University.

With more than 20 years in private practice, Dr. Ali Tekdogan specializes in the art of gentle dentistry, priding himself in over two decades of dental practice for all ages, from infants to seniors. Our family dental practice has been providing dental services in Deerfield, Illinois since 2001. We are very personal and family-oriented and make sure to know our patients and their families.

Dr. Tozum is a licensed dental specialist in Periodontics, who focuses on advanced gum treatments as well as implant surgeries for more than 20 years.

He is a Professor of Periodontics at University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), College of Dentistry and an Academy of Osseointegration (AO) Diplomate in Surgical Dentistry. He serves as the chair of AO Website Education committee and co-chair of AO Osseointegration Fund Research Grants Committee, where he supports the advanced implant education and research efforts of dental clinicians who are interested in implant dentistry.

Jackie has been a part of GSD manager since 2015. She is passionate about patients feeling a part of the family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, movies and shopping.

Kathleen has been a hygienist for over 40 years! She still loves dentistry! She loves reading & gardening in her free time, when she is not with her 5 grandchildren.

Joyce has been a dental assistant on and off for 50 years. She enjoys helping people and that each day is different. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting with watercolors and working in her garden.
